  • Adjust the ear hook to different angles until you find the most comfortable fit. Everyone's ears are different, so a brief adaptation period is normal. Over time, the flexible hooks will naturally shape to yours.

  • Adjust the ear hook levels to switch modes: Levels 1–2 for Open‑Ear, Levels 4–5 for Semi‑in‑Ear noise reduction (active only when both ear hooks are set the same). Level 3 keeps the current mode.

  • Semi-in-ear design reduces ambient noise without sealing your ear canal. ANC won't match in-ear earbuds, but you'll get less pressure, better awareness, and all-day comfort. Ear canal ≤16mm may not fit. If >16mm, ensure earbuds are seated properly.

  • Each mode uses a different EQ. For your best experience, open the soundcore app to pick from 22 presets or create a custom EQ. Android useds can experience LDAC for higher-resolution audio.

  • AeroFit 2 Pro automatically adjusts audio settings when you switch modes to give you the best sound for each position. it will take 2-5s. Slight volume changes are normal as each mode is optimized for its ear seal.
