Notice(Important):
1. Attach Top Collar：Secure the upper collar with the short screws.Check: The collar should slide smoothly along the cylinder.
2. Lock Bottom Collar：Install the lower collar with the short screws.Check: Tighten until the collar cannot move.
3. Reinforce with Long Screws (Key Step!)：Alternately tighten the two long screws(left then right) → Avoid collar tilting.Why? Prevents tilting and ensures even pressure.
