Powered by Android 14 and a high-performance octa-core processor, it is available with 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM or 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM and supports up to a 256GB TF card. The T14 is available with 30-key, 37-key, or 47-key physical keypad configurations to support different workflows and data-entry requirements. Its practical keypad layout and dual side scan buttons enable fast, convenient operation, including when wearing gloves. The 4.0-inch IPS display features Corning Gorilla Glass and supports multi-touch, wet-hand, and gloved operation. For barcode data collection, the T14 can be equipped with a Zebra SE4710, SE4770, or SE5500 2D scan engine. These options support reliable reading of common 1D and 2D barcodes and are suitable for different scanning distances and performance requirements. The device supports 4G mobile networks, dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and multi-mode positioning through GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. A 5MP front camera and a 16MP autofocus rear camera with flash support image capture, document recording, and on-site evidence collection. Its rechargeable 7.4V 4500mAh battery, together with a 100mAh backup battery, provides more than 12 hours of continuous operation under typical conditions.
