It is safe. The microscope WiFi hotspot is not a working network. It is a point-to-point data transmission signal from microscope to cellphone. Phone system defines it is unsecured as it is not working for the network.
Will the microscope leak customer info?

No, it won't. Our microscope WiFi is not working WiFi. It would transfer data to cellphone but doesn’t receive or save data from cellphone. So you can confirm it won’t leak customer info.
How can buyers confirm their user data secure and the app won't leak?

Our app accesses microscope WiFi which is not a working WiFi. While connecting home WiFi network, the app won’t access the home WiFi which can be monitored by cellphone monthly Data Use. Our app uses about 40KB data per month.
Can I use social apps while my phone connects the microscope WiFi?

Yes, you can switch to Cellular network and uses Cellular data which you run social apps.
Can I turn on VPN which connecting the microscope WiFi?

No, the VPN will change the WiFi data, causing our app to not read WiFi data correctly.
