About this item
- COMPACT, SLIM, VERTICAL WEEKLY PLANNER – The Hoboinchi Weeks Book is easy to flip through, fits comfortably in your hand, and slips effortlessly into your pocket or bag. The cover has been constructed as a light hardcover book with some give to it so it still bends.
- WEEKLY & MEMO LAYOUT – The left page features a weekly schedule, while the right side offers blank graph paper for notes and sketches. Each weekly spread includes a quote from the Japanese web magazine "Hobonichi". A monthly calendar at the beginning helps with schedule management.
- COLLABORATION WITH HIROKO KUBOTA – This Weeks planner collaborates with Hiroko Kubota, an illustrator who draws landscapes, people, and animals using acrylic gouache etc. A tranquil light-blue forest is depicted on the front cover of this planner, along with a lake reflecting a universe-like starry sky. Two white cats are in a small boat, peering through a telescope. The path of a large fish is beautifully expressed with shimmering aurora foil.
- Weeks Book English edition (January 2027 start, Monday-start week) featuring 240 pages of premium, thin, and smooth Tomoe River paper with durable stitch-binding (includes 75 graph memo pages). Includes a 3.55 mm graph layout (3.4 mm for monthly), Yearly Calendars (2026–2028), Yearly Index (Jan–Dec 2027), Monthly Calendars (Dec 2026–Mar 2028 / 32 pages), and Left-page Weekly Layout (Nov 30, 2026–Jan 2, 2028 / 114 pages) with weekly English quotes.
- H: 188 x W: 94 x T: 11 mm / H: 7.4" x W: 3.7" x T: 0.4" Approx. 135 g Glossy paper (PP coated) / Paper
- RECOMMENDED USE - Recommended for ages 13 and up. Not intended as a toy. Designed for teens and adults.
You may notice press marks, slight whitening, or a glossy finish on the corners of the front and back covers. These are unavoidable results of the binding process. The Tomoe River paper designed for planners is known for its thinness and smooth writing surface. However, depending on the type and amount of ink or pen used—as well as environmental conditions—some ink may bleed through or take longer to dry. We recommend testing your pens on an inconspicuous area first, or using a pencil board or blotting paper for best results.
