SPECIFICATIONS: Compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 5 mil 2.5 x 4.25 inch laminates (metric 64mm x 108mm x 125 micron x 2 flaps adds 250 microns thickness to your card). 5 mil is one of the most common and popular laminating pouch thicknesses available and adds 10 mil thickness to your card. Laminates have pre-rounded corners for a smooth, safe professional finish and include clear 6-inch flexible vinyl worm loops as attachment devices when needed. Durable clear polyester plastic has heat activated adhesive lining which becomes clear when heat and pressure is applied (laminator recommended).
Note: Industry standard specification for 5 mil laminating pouches is 5 mil on each flap for a total of 10 mil added to your paper card. 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (metric: 25 microns). The industry calls these pouches; however, are sealed on only one edge instead of three (more like a file folder than a pouch, but with a 3/32” flat folded spine).
