Full Pocket: These patient chart folders have a unique 12 ¼” wide back panel pocket which opens on the spine side of the chart, forming a full size pocket on the inside back panel of the folder. Ideal for holding full size documents, panoramic dental X-rays and photos.
Maximize File Space: This full cut end tab chart is an end tab folder and is intended for shelf filing, which allows you to see information crucial to filing, effectively use color coding and utilize more vertical space in file area. These folders will NOT fit in top tab file drawers.
Organization: The chart folder has two 2” bonded fasteners in position 1 and position 3 (the inside front and back top) on the folder. This flexible brad prongs are designed to hold papers that are hole punched along the top of an 8-1/2” x 11” sheet of paper or form. Compatible with Smead 34101 (SMD34101) and Medical Arts Press 50661.
