  • Due to shipping, a little ink may seep out of the tip and the marker may dry out. Place the marker upside down for a while and it will resolve. We recommend placing the marker horizontally or upside down to avoid light color or dryness of markers.

  • Oil from hands, non-dry erase markers, or ink left on for a long period of time may cause the board to be difficult to clean, just gently wipe it with a damp cloth and the planner board will be as good as new.
