The adhesive on 3M Outdoor Masking and Stucco Tape 5959 is a special blend of natural and synthetic rubbers and removes cleanly from most opaque surfaces; making it ideal for construction, marine and other applications such as outdoor masking and stucco projects. Its construction is similar to that of an industrial-strength duct tape, making it useful for sealing, holding, bundling, identifying and protecting while its clean removal stands up to masking in tough coating applications. The smooth, red polyethylene backing is easy to identify and protects underlying surfaces from UV damage and abrasion.
